“I never used to smile. My teeth were in very poor condition. I was horribly self conscious about my smile. So I never smiled. Dr. Horstmeyer made an upper denture in December 2013 for me. Now I smile all the time and get complements all the time about how nice my teeth look and what a nice smile I have."

Customized care just for you

Edentulous (toothless) patients, or those missing a few teeth, can reclaim quality of life, comfortable oral function, and self-confidence with modern, natural-looking prosthetics. Just one missing tooth can cause your remaining teeth to shift out of place as they compensate for the increased workload. When teeth move, appearance and occlusion is altered. This can lead to cosmetic problems, as well as teeth grinding, headaches, and TMJ dysfunction. Furthermore, missing teeth allow jawbone to deteriorate and can lead to additional tooth loss. We recommend patients replace missing teeth as quickly as possible to prevent these oral health problems. Whether you need to replace all your teeth or just a few, we spend extra time with you to make sure you’re 100% happy with how your smile looks before your full or partial denture is processed.

  • Dentures - Dentures are a traditional prosthetic that replaces all teeth either on the top or bottom arch of your mouth. There are 3 types of dentures. Immediate, Conventional and Implant Retained. Immediate dentures are made in advance and can be positioned as soon as your teeth are removed. You don’t have to miss a day without your teeth! Conventional dentures allow time for your tissue to heal. This type of denture is ready for placement in your mouth about 8 to 12 weeks later. Implant Retained dentures utilize implants to hold your denture securely in place.
  • Dura Flex Partial Dentures - Made with a state-of-the-art thermoplastic light weight and comfortable material. DuraFlex offers fantastic esthetics and is highly resistant to stains and odors. It’s very strong and more durable than acrylic partial dentures. Patients love them!! They comment that DuraFlex feels more natural.
  • Unilateral Duraflex Partial - This is a small partial denture that is used to replace teeth on one side, either right or left side of your mouth. No more bulky partials with metal clasps.
  • Implant retained complete and partial dentures – These are complete and partial dentures that attach to an implant for support. An implant supported denture has special attachments that snap onto attachments on the implants. Dentures stay in place!
